Tired of Waiting

Am I ever getting tired of waiting for my trip. I know this is the right thing to do, but enduring day after day of below freezing temperatures just makes the delay worse. I would rather be enjoying a bowl of pad thai and sweating in the sauna like heat of Bangkok than chilling and waiting in Valdosta. Well, the Weather Channel is forecasting a warming, albeit rainy, trend beginning tomorrow.

Holding Pattern

Sometimes I act more responsibly than others. Right now I am trying to do the right thing which means I will not leave on Saturday as planned. There is a lot of activity in regards to the sale of my house and I have to let that be my priority at this point. Even though my realtor, Terry DeCoudres, says we can handle everything by email and fax, I will defer departure for a bit and see what happens. I was expecting a long slow sales process and Terry is determined not to let that happen. I think I picked an excellent representative to sell my house. I wish it would warm up while I wait.
