About a week ago I slipped on the tile at a pool and I have been hurting pretty bad ever since. It is widespread knowledge that Cambodia is not a place to get medical treatment but Thailand has excellent medical care. The first thing I did on my first morning was to go to a doctor at Pattaya Memorial Hospital. I was checked in, x rayed, diagnosed, prescribed and out of there in less than an hour.
The good news is no broken bones. The doctor gave me celebrex and pain medication and cortisone. I am glad to report that I feel much better and knowing the bones are okay is a relief. I think it is just a matter of time. I hope I don't become a pain pill junkie.
Have failed in several attempts at regular email so must resort to this.
ReplyDeleteSo glad u got tested and r doing better, but if u r n't MUCH improved soon, u come home. U can always go back later when you can enjoy things more.
If u become a junkie, we may both have to go to detox - they won't let me take anything BUT narcotics and all i want is a tylenol. So usually end up taking nothing. Don't like that stuff
Only bad thing about your coming home is that everybody has enjoyed your blog so much. So u can't stop writing it, ever.
Love You Lots
PS - I always post photos first, last picture first, then construct the body of the blog around them, then take out the slack. I'm sure there is a better way, but this is the only way i know
